Located near Eureka Springs, AR, the Deck House and Two Bungalows offer exceptional Kings River lodging for up to 20 people.

The Deck House

A favorite feature of the main house is the expansive, wraparound Wooden Deck with a stunning view over the Trigger Gap Valley of the Kings River Preserve. The Deck House sleeps 12; in two Private Bedrooms, with two twin beds each, and two Sleeping Lofts with four twin beds each. Two Full Bathrooms, a large and updated Kitchen, ample Dining Area, and expansive Living Room centered around a grand Fireplace, round out this well appointed place. Picture frame windows cover the back of the house, allowing the deck views to be enjoyed indoors.

The Bungalows

Both of the included Bungalows sleep four guests; in two Private Bedrooms with two twin beds and Full Bathrooms in each. Each Bungalow has its own porch and view over the valley. A communal Outdoor Pavilion with Charcoal Grills, and a Stone Fire Pit are nearby-firewood and charcoal provided. A 2 mile Hiking Trail from the Deck House to a bluff overlooking the Kings River begins just a few steps from the accommodations.

Rates & Policies…
Deck House and Two Bungalows – $950/night (2 nights minimum)  Deck House Cleaning Fee – $150. $150 for additional housekeeping visits-by request only.

Day Rate-$500 for meetings and events in the main house, of no more than 20 guests, up to 8 hours on one date. Please contact us for availability.

Check-in: Anytime after 3 PM. Please contact us on the day of your arrival to receive gate and lockbox codes.

Check-out: 11:00 AM.

Smoking only permitted outdoors.

Pet Friendly Policy:
Pets only allowed with prior notice and a $30.00 per Pet Fee is required. Pets must be kenneled if left alone and each pet’s humans must maintain the property grounds.
Parties with unauthorized pets will be charged an additional $100.00, per pet.

**A $1000 EVENT FEE IS REQUIRED FOR GATHERINGS AND RECEPTIONS OF MORE THAN 24 GUESTS. 60 GUESTS MAXIMUM FOR ANY EVENT. NO EXCEPTIONS AVAILABLE.**

Cancellation Policy:

We require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation. The balance remaining on your reservation is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.

If you wish to cancel or postpone your reservation, please call us at least 60 days prior to your arrival date. Reservations cancelled 60+ days prior to the arrival date incur a 10% Cancellation Fee.

If you must cancel or postpone your reservation less than 60 days prior to the arrival date, please know that there are no refunds available. If we re-book your dates, a full or partial refund will be issued less a 10% Cancellation Fee.

No refunds are available for early departures.
